When we update the extension
When we update the extension we'll display the payment page to let you know about any new Premium features and offer you the option to upgrade if you aren't logged in. We typically update twice a month.
🔹 Already have Premium?If you still see the payment page after updates, make sure you’ve activated the upgrade in the extension: Unlock Adblock Plus Premium. Once you're logged in, the page will stop appearing. 🔹 Not interested but still want to see what we're working on?Simply close the page by clicking the “x” on the tab. 🔹 Don't want to see the update page again?As of version 4.31.0, you can use these steps to disable the page from appearing: |

When you first install the extension
Right after installing Adblock Plus, the payment page will appear. This is just to let you know about Premium and give you the option to upgrade or log in again if you have a subscription.
🔹 Not interested? Simply close the page by clicking the “x” on the tab.
🔹 Already have Premium? You can simply log in to your Premium account to activate the upgrade. Or just follow the steps here: Unlock Adblock Plus Premium.
Alternate scenario: There's a problem with your browser
If our payment page opens every time you start your browser, we're not doing that intentionally. Something is causing Adblock Plus to return to a "just installed" state or clearing your settings. Please reach out to us so we can help: Submit a ticket.
