Why am I seeing the Adblock Plus payment page?

Read more below to better understand the situations where our payment page appears.

When we update the extension

When we update the extension we'll display the payment page to let you know about any new Premium features and offer you the option to upgrade. We typically update twice a month.

If you've paid for Premium and still see the payment page when we update, please make sure you've redeemed your upgrade: Unlock Adblock Plus Premium. This will stop the payment page from appearing during updates.

If you continue to see the update page multiple times within the same update period (you should only see it once per browser or profile), or multiple tabs all at once, please let us know: Submit a ticket.

 

Alternate scenario: There's a problem with your browser

If our payment page opens every time you start your browser, we're not doing that intentionally. Something is causing Adblock Plus to return to a "just installed" state or clearing your settings. Please reach out to us so we can help: Submit a ticket.
