Update your filter lists

While your filter lists should be automatically updated, sometimes Adblock Plus (ABP) might encounter problems in the update. This can happen with a spotty internet connection or if your browser was not open when ABP last tried to fetch the latest version of the file.

If you suddenly start seeing ads on a website or if a page does not look right, this might be due to an outdated filter list.

You can manually update your lists at any time. Find instructions for your browser below.
