How can I cancel my subscription?

All subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription on the account management page: Manage your Adblock Plus account.


Or you can use the information below to cancel directly through the payment processor you used to make the purchase:

Paddle

If your payment was made through Paddle, you can cancel your subscription here: https://paddle.net/.

PayPal

If you paid using PayPal, you can cancel your subscription directly from your PayPal account. To cancel a recurring subscription, follow these step-by-step instructions in PayPal’s Help Center.

Apple

If you created a subscription through Apple, see this support article for how you can cancel: Cancel a subscription from Apple

How can I get a refund?

If you’ve changed your mind within 60 days of payment, send a support request to support@adblockplus.org and we’ll issue you a full refund.

If you purchased through the Apple App Store, we're unable to process your refund — all transactions must be handled with Apple directly: Request a refund for an App Store or iTunes Store purchase.

Note that refunds for missed free trial cancellations are generally not approved. To avoid future charges, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends: Cancel a subscription from Apple
