Is the anti-adblocking warning expected?
YouTube's anti-adblocking notification should no longer appear on the Adblock Plus desktop extension. When we detect the notification, we will automatically pause Adblock Plus so you can continue watching without disruption. The pause is temporary, so if you leave a browser session and return later, it will be unpaused until the warning is detected again.
You may still see a variety of behaviors, such as a temporary black screen or a very brief ad. These are related to our efforts to stop ads from appearing for you.
Note: This issue has not yet been addressed in the Adblock Plus Mac app. In the meantime, if you are seeing an anti-adblock wall in those browsers, we recommend using a different browser or allowlisting YouTube.
Troubleshooting
