Add a language

You can enhance Adblock Plus by changing the language that you normally browse websites in. Follow the instructions below for your browser.

You should avoid adding too many languages to Adblock Plus. Adding too many languages slows down the ad blocker and, therefore, your browsing.

Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Opera (desktop extension)

  1. From the Chrome toolbar, click the Adblock Plus icon and then click the gear icon in the upper-right corner.

  1. From the General tab, scroll to the Language Filter Lists section.

  2. You can now:

    • Click Change and selecting a new language from the list to change your default language.

    • Click Add a language filter list and select a language from the list to add another language.

  3. Close the tab.

Samsung Browser

  1. Open the ABP for Samsung Browser App

  2. Tap Language

  3. Check box next to your preferred language

  4. Tap the back button to refresh

  5. Close App
