Report an issue via the Issue reporter

The Issue reporter allows you to easily report issues like unblocked ads and display issues on websites. Our filter list authors review the reports and make changes and improvements based the reports received.

Issue reports don't typically receive a response, so this shouldn't be used to report problems or get help with Adblock Plus itself (e.g. not being able to block elements on the page, trouble allowlisting websites, updating filter lists, or any other issues with Adblock Plus). If you need assistance with these types of issues, please submit a ticket.

Use these steps to report an issue on any of our desktop extensions (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Opera):

  1. Open a webpage where you can reproduce the issue you are experiencing.
  2. Click the Adblock Plus icon on your toolbar. What if I don't see the ABP icon?
  3. Click on Report issue.
  4. On the page that opens, select the appropriate issue type: The page I'm trying to view is broken or I still see ads.
  5. Click Continue.
  6. A screenshot will append to your report. Highlight the issue you are experiencing and hide any information you'd prefer not to display.
  7. Click Continue.
  8. Enter your email address in the Email field.
  9. Optionally, enter a comment in the Comment field.
  10. To provide the list authors with the most information to address your issue, be sure to select the option "Include information about my browser configuration, as well as a list of active extensions I'm using."
  11. Click Send report.

If you'd like to view the content of your report, after submitting the report, a link to your report will appear. If our Support Team has requested a link to your report, please send them this link.

Note: The Issue reporter is disabled in incognito mode and therefore will not appear on the menu.
