The Issue reporter allows you to easily report issues like unblocked ads and display issues.
Note
The Issue reporter shouldn't be used to report issues with Adblock Plus itself (e.g. not being able to block elements on the page, trouble allowlisting websites, updating filter lists, or any other issues with Adblock Plus settings). To report these types of issues, please submit a ticket.
Use these steps to report an issue on any of our desktop extensions (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Opera):
- Open a webpage and reproduce the issue you are experiencing.
- Click the Adblock Plus toolbar icon and select Report an issue on this page. The Issue reporter tab opens.
- Select the appropriate issue type: The page I'm trying to view is broken or I still see ads.
- Click Continue.
- A screenshot will append to your report. Highlight the issue you are experiencing and hide any information you'd prefer not to display.
- Click Continue.
- Enter your email address in the Email field.
- Optionally, enter a comment in the Comment field.
- To provide the list authors with the most information to address your issue, be sure to select the option "Include information about my browser configuration, as well as a list of active extensions I'm using."
- Click Send report.
